The hydraulic oil pump is composed of four main parts: the pump body, rectangular oil tank, pressure handle, and ultra-high pressure steel wire braided rubber hose. It is the power component of the hydraulic system, and its function is to convert the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the pressure energy of the liquid. It refers to the oil pump in the hydraulic system, which provides power to the entire hydraulic system.

The structural forms of hydraulic pumps generally include gear pumps, vane pumps, and plunger pumps. There are three types of hydraulic oil pump joints: straight through, self sealing, and quick connect. Next, let's take a look at the classification, characteristics, maintenance precautions, installation instructions, etc. of hydraulic oil pumps together.
1、 Gear pump:
1. Advantages: Small size, simple structure, low requirement for oil cleanliness, and relatively affordable price;
2. Disadvantages: However, the pump shaft is subjected to unbalanced forces, severe wear, and significant leakage.
2、 Vane pumps: divided into double acting vane pumps and single acting vane pumps.
1. Advantages: uniform pump flow, smooth operation, low noise, higher working pressure and volumetric efficiency than gear pumps;
2. Disadvantage: The structure is more complex than gear pumps.
3、 Piston pump:
1. Advantages: high volumetric efficiency, small leakage, can work under high pressure, mostly used in high-power hydraulic systems;
2. Disadvantages: Complex structure, high requirements for material and processing accuracy, expensive price, and high requirements for oil cleanliness.
