Product Introduction
The LXCB series ultra‑low‑noise gear oil pumps employ helical, arc‑toothed gears, which theoretically eliminate the common oil‑trapping phenomenon found in conventional gear pumps. By avoiding compression of the oil cavities, these pumps significantly reduce vibration, achieving a noise level below 56 dB under rated operating conditions. This not only minimizes energy losses and lowers operating costs for users but also mitigates the impact of noise. The pump features a compact design, excellent self‑priming capability, low noise, high efficiency, resistance to high temperatures and pressures, long service life, and suitability for operation at low speeds. Its pump housing is anodized, while the front and rear covers undergo phosphating, resulting in an exceptionally attractive appearance.
