Characteristics of hydraulic oil pump 1. The hydraulic oil pump body is small and light, easy to use, and has high working pressure; 2. Single stage pump station: With a simple structure, it can achieve a high working pressure; 3. Double stage pump station: At low pressure, both high and low pressure pumps supply oil simultaneously, which can obtain a larger output flow rate; When under high pressure, the low-pressure pump automatically returns oil without load through the unloading relief valve, reducing power consumption; 4. Pressure holding function: In the absence of leakage in the external oil circuit, stop the pump and hold the pressure for 5 minutes, with a rated pressure drop of no more than 5Mpa.

Maintenance precautions for hydraulic oil pump
1. The oil pump uses No. 20 engine oil;
2. The oil storage capacity must be within the range above the oil window;
3. Every time refueling or changing oil, it is necessary to filter it with an 80 mesh or higher oil filter, and the oil tank must be cleaned before replacement. The oil change period is six months;
4. The working oil temperature ranges from 10 degrees Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius;
5. Before starting the electric pump, open the air release nut and place the switch in the unloading position;
6. If the motor temperature is found to be too high during use, it should be stopped and allowed to cool down before use;
7. The hydraulic oil pump has been adjusted before leaving the factory and should not be raised arbitrarily. When it needs to be readjusted, a pressure gauge must be used;
8. The high-pressure oil pipe enters the factory and undergoes a 105MPA test. However, due to the easy aging of the rubber hose, users need to check it regularly, usually for six months. The vortex flowmeter is frequently used for three months, and the 87.5MPA pressure test is conducted during inspection. If there is any damage, protrusion, or leakage, it cannot be used;
